A polished deck can hide a weak idea for months. A rough prototype in a customer’s hands cannot. Making the move tangible early is the fastest way to learn whether it deserves the investment.

Prototype to learn, not to present

We test each move against the three questions that decide investment: is it desirable, viable and feasible. A prototype answers them faster, and more honestly, than analysis alone.

  • Desirable: do people actually want it, in their words and their behaviour
  • Viable: does the business case hold when the numbers are real
  • Feasible: can it be built, run and sustained with what we have

Design, technology and commercial thinking sit in one team, so the prototype is shaped by the same people who can build and scale it.

The goal of an early prototype is not applause. It is a clear, cheap answer to an expensive question.
